Such action may disqualify the potential vendor from further consideration for an award of this bid. In accordance with 25 IAC 5-5, if the purchase is for a Commodity/Service the contract goal for this solicitation is four percent (4%) for Minority participation and nine percent (9%) for Woman participation.
