Renovation of a library in Indianapolis, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade library.
The Indianapolis Public Library is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Vendors for Architectural Design Services for the Irvington Branch Library Project, as part of the implementation of the IndyPL Strategic Plan. The goal is to select a Vendor based on a combination of experience, personnel, and processes that offer timely, cost-effective, and exemplary professional services; reach an agreed-upon fixed-sum fee for the project, with potential for adjustments in accordance with an agreed rate schedule if service changes are authorized. The Library has established participation goals for minority, women, disability, and veteran-owned business enterprises. Vendors unable to meet these goals must provide evidence of outreach and good faith efforts to subcontract with qualified business enterprises. The Library reserves the right to accept, reject, or table any Vendor Proposal, and also to waive any defects or irregularities during the proposal process at any time without penalty.
