Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 30,000-square-foot, one-story above grade recreation facility; one-story above grade industrial development; and one-story above grade recreation facility.

The free stage project will include the demolition of existing and construction of a new Free Stage at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, including but not limited to sitework, steel, electrical, painting, paving, and landscaping. The storage building will include construction of a new storage building with associated site improvements. The scope includes but is not limited to sitework, PEMB, plumbing/HVAC, framing, painting, electrical, and fire protection. All work for the complete construction of the project will be under multiple prime contracts with the construction manager as contractor, based on bids received from the prequalified tier 1 bidders. Award of contracts will be in accordance with Indiana Public Bidding Laws. Instructions include submission of bids by the designated deadline, provision of a bid security, and performance and payment bonds as required. Bidding documents are available online, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for interested parties. Pre-qualification requirements: Only prequalified tier 1 bidders are permitted to submit bids for consideration. Bidders must provide a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder(s) will be required to provide a performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount prior to execution of contracts. Free-Standing Stage: Work includes construction of a new Free Stage at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, including site demolition, grading, utilities, paving, structural steel, painting, and landscaping. Improvements consist of an open-air performance structure with sound booth, signage pillar, ramps, stairs, handrails, and limestone seat walls. Storage Building: Work includes construction of a new Storage Building with associated site improvements. The scope includes concrete and asphalt paving, PEMB, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, framing, metal panel systems, carpentry, painting, and related exterior development.
