Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shelby, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of October 14, 2019, this project is under construction. The proposed work consists of construction of grading, 1,000 LF of drainage pipe, 15 catch basins, 7 storm structures, 1,300 LF of concrete curb and gutter, brick paver pedestrian bulb-outs, 31,000 SY of milling and paving, traffic signals and metal poles, stamped concrete pavement (crosswalks), pavement marking, sidewalk repairs, landscaping, and traffic control. Each Bidder must be a Bidding Documents Holder as defined in Article 1 of the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Shelby, North Carolina reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work. Grading, drainage pipe, catch basins and storm structures, concret curb and gutter, brick paver pedestrian bulb-outs, milling and paving, traffic signals and metal poles, stamped concrete pavement for crosswalks, pavement marking, sidewalk repairs, landscaping, and traffic control. MBE : 8.0% WBE : 3.0%
