Crossland Construction Company, Inc. invites trade contractors to submit a Bid(s) for the trade packages for the Project: Rogers Fire Station #8 at 7001 W Pleasant Grove Road, Rogers, AR. A brief description of the project is as follows: 11,000 sf building, scopes include sitework, concrete, precast, steel, finishes & MEP. If you are interested in bidding and have the capacity to submit a bid by the due date, please send an email to rwalker@crossland.com with your acknowledgement that you intend to bid. Bid Documents may be examined at the offices of: 1) Crossland Construction Company, Inc, 1800 S. 52 Street, Suite 410, Rogers, AR 72758, 479-464-7077 2) Electronically Bids will be based on Lump sum basis for each of the specified bid packages. Cashier's check, certified check or Surety Bid Bond for 5% of Base Bid will be required for all bids over $50,000. Performance and Payment bond rates will be required as part of the bid form per the bidding instructions and will be evaluated together with lump sum pricing in award determination.
