Site work for a water / sewer project in Rogers, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all tools, materials, and labor necessary to complete the work required for the 8" Water Main Replacement from Highway 12 East-Harbor Drive to Bridge. The scope includes the replacement and installation of water distribution improvements, including 8-inch DIP water main, valves, fire hydrant assemblies, service lines, roadway and creek crossings (open-cut and bore), steel encasement, vault construction, restoration, and related appurtenances. Alternative work may include installing 10-inch HDPE pipe by HDD in place of some 8-inch DIP. All construction must comply with the plans and contract documents developed by Rogers Water Utilities. Contractors must obtain the bidder's package, complete official proposal sheets, and submit sealed bids with specific markings, including the project name, bid opening date, bidder's name and address, and contractor's license number. A municipal and utility construction license in the State of Arkansas is required at the time of bid. Bidding security of not less than five percent of the total bid must be provided. The owner may reject any or all bids and waive informalities as deemed in their best interest. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents Question Deadline 02/06/2026
