Rogers Water Utilities is soliciting bids for furnishing all tools, materials, and labor necessary to complete the work required for Sanitary Sewer Improvements - Chateau Dr. to 24th St. The project consists of installation of approximately 2,250 linear feet of 12" & 10" PVC sewer main including manholes, service connections, pavement repairs, and other appurtenances. All work, materials, and construction items shall be in accordance with the plans and contract documents developed by Rogers Water Utilities. Contractors must inspect and study the work site to familiarize themselves with all conditions to be encountered. Bidding security, in the form of a bid bond, cash, cashier's check, or certified check payable to Rogers Water Utilities, in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid, must be furnished by each bidder. This deposit will be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages if the awarded bidder fails to enter into contract and provide performance and payment bonds within ten days of award. Bids must be made using official forms contained in the bidder's package and shall be sealed and properly addressed to the Engineering Department, Rogers Water Utilities, or submitted online at the specified bidding platform. All bids must be plainly marked with the project name, bid opening date, bidder's name and address, and contractor's license number. All bidders must possess a municipal and utility construction license in the State of Arkansas at the time of the bid. Rogers Water Utilities encourages the participation of all small business enterprises and veteran-owned business enterprises. A pre-Bid conference will not be held for this project. Question Deadline 04/10/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than four days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
