Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Big Pine Key, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to successfully construct and install the parking lot and roadway, restroom, campground and bathhouse repairs, associated infrastructure, and all other aspects of the project per the contract documents. Builder's Risk Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price. Note: Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP's Bureau of Design and Construction. If not pre-qualified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid. The Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept minor irregularities in the best interest of the State of Florida. Certified Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate in the solicitation process.
