Work shall consist of removing, repairing and replacing a portion of the existing roof of the Administration Building located at the intersection of Public Avenue and Maple Street in Montrose, Susquehanna County, PA, as shown on the Construction Documents. Only Bidders receiving a full set of Documents through the County will be on record to receive Addenda. Notice is hereby given that this project is a Public Works Project and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, P.L., 744 and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act No. 442 of August 15, 1961, as amended on August 9, 1963. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Susquehanna County. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
