Renovation of a municipal facility in Montrose, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of exterior repairs and improvements of the County Courthouse complex located at 31 Lake Avenue Montrose, PA 18801 and related work as shown on the construction plans. Notice is hereby given that this project is a Public Works Project and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, P.L., 744 and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act No. 442 of August 15, 1961, as amended on August 9, 1963. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Susquehanna County. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the bidder within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Susquehanna County. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope containing Bid, Bid Bond, or other approved bid security, Non-Collusion Affidavit and Certificate of Authority for out of state contractors and shall be addressed to Susquehanna County Commissioner's Office, and shall be plainly marked with the wording, "Bid for Susquehanna County Courthouse Exterior Repairs and Improvements Project".
