25,000 tons +/- of 2A 7,500 tons +/- of 2B (#57) stone 300 tons +/- of #3 stone 1000 tons+/- 1/2 " minus stone 1000 tons +/- #8 (1B) stone 400 tons +/- #4 Asshto #1 10000 tons DSA (must meet Dirt & Gravel Road specifications) 1000 tons +/- of R4 600 tons +/- of R5 600 tons +/- of R6 600 tons +/- of R7 600 tons +/- of R8 ALL stone must be State Approved and free of any soil. Delivery will be to site designated by the Township. Supplier must be within 25 mile radius of the Bridgewater Township Municipal Building Bid prices will be quoted by the ton two ways: Delivered to the Township building stockpile Delivered to the job site Successful aggregate bidder will guarantee delivery within 24 hours of request from the Township and will use a minimum of 6 trucks for entire day 7:30 am to 3pm for the duration of a given job when adding material to road. Down time or idle time due to lack of hauling trucks in excess of one hour will result in a deduction of monies in the payment to the contractor in the amount of $250/hour. Awarded on March 4, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Supervisors at the Bridgewater Township Municipal Building. Also: approximately 2,500 yards +/- of clean dry black course cinders, free of foreign objects, price per yard to be delivered to the Township Building. State approved if available. ALL proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality which can be obtained at Bridgewater Township Municipal Building. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality must accompany the bid. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
