The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 intends to issue a competitive solicitation set-aside to verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)s, in accordance with VAAR 819.7006, VA Veteran-owned small business set-aside, for the replacement of the Zinsco electrical panels in buildings 42 and 43, VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), Palo Alto Division.
