Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the construction of a 540,000-square-foot, 13-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and medical facility.
Upgrades, repairs and alterations to six buildings located in the central part of the Royal Victoria Hospital site to install a new 13-storey 540,000 sq ft McGill University pavilion. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded the firm Pomerleau inc. to provide construction management professional consulting services. Project is implemented by construction packages. Tender for the first construction package relating to interior decontamination, stripping and demolition has been already awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name New Vic Project - Interior Decontamination, Stripping and Demolition Work (Lot 1). Construction is underway. Tender for subsequent construction packages will be followed in separate reports. Note. Owner expects that main construction work will be completed in fall 2028.
