Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Stanwood, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Schedule: Time is of the essence to complete this scope. The parking lot is available to start work on Wednesday, June 26, 2019. Work must be substantially complete by August 12, 2019, and final completion by August 30, 2019. Bonds: A bid bond is not required. A performance and payment bond is required and the cost is to be included in the bid. Prevailing Wages: Per RCW 39.12.020 prevailing wages are applicable to this public works project. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope to the person listed at the address. Envelope must be clearly labeled "SEALED BID: Pavement Replacement - TCE." Bid results will be available and emailed to all bidders within three (3) days of bid deadline. The Board of Directors reserves the right to accept bids at its sole discretion, to reject all bids or waive informalities.
