The proposed project is approximately 4,600 sf. and includes interior renovations of the School of Population Health Deans administrative unit located in the Anteater Instruction and Research Building (AIRB). Work will include, but not be limited to: Selective demolition of walls, doors, power, data, lighting, HVAC, fire alarm and sprinkler devices and fixtures. Installation of new walls, doors, patching/replacement of ceiling gird system and tiles, carpet and flooring of limited area. Installation of aluminum storefront system doors and side panels. Infrastructure utility modifications, reconfiguration and addition of power, data, lighting, HVAC duct work, fire alarm and fire sprinkler devices and fixtures. Patching and painting throughout. The successful Contractor and its Subcontractors shall be required to follow the nondiscrimination requirements set forth in the Bidding Documents and to pay prevailing wage rates at location of work. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
