PIGGYBACK CONTRACT No QUESTION ACCEPTANCE DEADLINE 04/25/2019 11:00 AM EDT QUESTIONS ARE SUBMITTED ONLINE Yes The purpose of this invitation for bid ("IFB") is to solicit bids for the equipment replacement and room modifications to the roof located boiler room at the Johannsen Support Service Center (JSSC). The project includes removal and replacement of existing boilers, associated piping and equipment. The replacement will include a redesign of the existing boiler room, addition of full-building relief, new piping, new pumps, new Terminal Cabinet (TC), removal of fresh air louvers and the addition of insulation to the boiler room. Project is detailed in the stamped drawings (see exhibits). Required structural accommodations are detailed in the structural letter (see exhibits). Boilers and pumps will be Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI), see below for details. The following OFCI boilers and associated equipment have already been purchased and received by the District. This equipment is located at the District's Warehouse 5 building. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for loading and transporting the equipment to the JSSC location.
