Reference Number 0000374904 Purchase Type: One Time Only- Delivery Date:04/01/2025 Statements of Qualifications are being solicited to establish a list of pre-qualified Contractors who will have the sole opportunity to bid on the Invitations to Bid (ITBs) released in support of the Larimer County 2025 & 2026 Public Improvement District (PID) Asphalt Resurfacing Program. Larimer County is soliciting SOQs to establish a list of pre-qualified Contractors to bid on upcoming asphalt resurfacing projects in various Larimer County Public Improvement Districts (PIDs) for the 2025 and 2026 asphalt paving seasons. Two (2) separate solicitation packages are anticipated for the 2025 PID Resurfacing Program. The two (2) bid packages will consist of three (3) PIDs each to receive an asphalt overlay for a total of six (6) PID asphalt overlay projects during 2025. Concrete cross pan, curb, gutter, and sidewalk repairs are also planned in two (2) of the six (6) 2025 PID project sites. Sites for the 2026 PID Resurfacing Program year are yet to be determined and bid packages for those will be released in Spring of 2026. For 2025, the PID Resurfacing Program will consist of two (2) separate bidding opportunities for the prequalified contractors, a north bid package for three (3) PIDs near Fort Collins, and a south bid package for three (3) PIDs near Loveland, all in unincorporated Larimer County. The work will generally consist of a twoinch thick asphalt overlay along with asphalt patching, leveling, taper milling, and miscellaneous concrete flatwork repairs to the curbs, gutters, ramps and sidewalks in applicable locations. Full depth reconstruction of one cul-de-sac is also planned in the south bid. The work may also include full depth reconstruction in some of the 2026 sites and roads. PROJECT COST ESTIMATE AND SCHEDULE The 2025 North PID Resurfacing Project Cost Estimate is approximately $1,600,000 and the 2025 South PID Resurfacing Project Cost Estimate is approximately $1,100,000. Payments will be made upon acceptance and completion of each PID site.
