A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000395500 The Contract Documents provide for the construction of Bid 10205 Power Trail Crossing at Harmony Road. The Work involves the construction of a grade-separated underpass for the Power Trail, a regional mixed-use recreational trail connecting Fort Collins' neighborhoods to communities north and south. This crossing is a critical component of a broader initiative to enhance multimodal transportation in the region. Question Deadline 09/10/2025 at 3:00 PM MT All questions should be submitted, in writing via email, to Adam Hill, Senior Buyer at adhill@fcgov.com, Questions received after this deadline may not be answered. Responses to all questions submitted before the deadline will be addressed in an addendum and posted on online. Bid security in the amount of not less than 5% of the total Bid must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of forty-five (45) days after the date fixed for opening Bids. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.
