The responsibility of the bidders will be considered along with the bids by the City Council at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as scheduled on May 20, 2019, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. The Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. Note: The City of Savage has prepared Standard Specifications and Detail Plates to be used for utility and street construction within the City.
