Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Savage, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.
The responsibility of the bidders will be considered along with the bids by the City Council at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as scheduled on October 4, 2021, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. Said proposals to be for furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in place, in accordance with plans and specifications for the following: City Project No. 21-23 Warren Butler Park Pond 10-2 Enhancement Project Major Items Contract Items Qty Unit Clear and Grub 0.3 AC Common Excavation 250 CY Top Soil 140 CY Iron Enhanced Sand 110 TN Outlet Control Structure 1 LS Rain Guardian Turret Pretreatment Chamber 1 LS The Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. Bidders will be charged a fee of $30 to submit a bid electronically. For this project, bids will be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
