Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1,650 L F Remove Curb & Gutter 48,400 S Y Mill Bituminous Surface (2.0") 48,400 S Y Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (3;C) 2.0" Thick 2,400 S F 6" Concrete Walk 400 S F Truncated Domes 600 S Y Sodding Type Lawn The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Maple Grove shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for the base Bid, with any alternate bid items as indicated on the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
