Site work for a water / sewer project in Bellingham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Proposed Work includes: furnishing and installing a hydrodynamic mixing system, package booster pump station and minor modifications and repairs to the water storage tank. A 5% bid bond is required and must be submitted with the bids. Contractor selected to perform work will be required to provide 50% payment and performance bonds. Firms must be able to supply insurance certificates indicating coverage as noted in the bid documents and the contractor will be required to sign an indemnity agreement prior to award of work under this bid. All labor performing work on this contract must be paid in accordance with the, Commonwealth of Massachusetts approved wage scales. Certified payrolls must be provided to the town for all work performed. Firms submitting prices must be equal opportunity and affirmative action employers. Women and minority businesses are encouraged to submit prices. The Town of Bellingham reserves the right reject any and all bids not considered to be in the best interest of the Town.
