Renovation of an educational facility in Neptune City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
*In order to be a qualified official bidder, bid documents must be obtained from DLB Associates** The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive immaterial formalities in any bid if deemed to be in the interest of the Board of Education. The Board of Education takes no responsibility for the punctual receipt of mailed bids. All bids mailed are done so at the risk of the bidder and must be clearly marked with the bid title and number. Bids must be made on the proposal form provided, as designated and submitted with a "Bid Bond" or "Certified Check" in the sum of not less than ten (10) percent of the amount of the proposal, not to exceed $20,000. Bidders are required to submit with their proposal, written consent of a Surety Bond, and agree to execute the required performance bond in accordance with the specification requirements. As this project will exceed $20,000, contractors must be DBC pre-qualified by the State of New Jersey in accordance with NJSA 18A:18-9. Further, each must comply with the requirements of P.L.1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27), PL1977, c.33, and PL 1999, c.440, - submitting proof of contractor registration (prevailing wage certification) pursuant to NJSA 34:11-56.48 et seq.
