NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION The School Business Administrator/Board Secretary of the Board of Education of the Township of Neptune, in the County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, by authority of said Board, solicits sealed bid proposals for the following open-ended maintenance and repair services: BID # 2305 FIRE AND BURGLAR ALARM INSPECTIONS, REPAIRS AND UPGRADES. Such proposals to receive consideration by the Neptune Township Board of Education are to be submitted in strict compliance with Public School Contract Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive immaterial formalities in any bid if deemed to be in the interest of the Board of Education. The Board of Education takes no responsibility for the punctual receipt of mailed bids. All bids mailed are done so at the risk of the bidder and must be clearly marked with the bid number and title. Bidders are required to submit with their proposal, written consent of a Surety Bond, and agree to execute the required performance bond in accordance with the specification requirements. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (affirmative action), P.L.1977, c. 33 (ownership disclosure); P.L. 1999, c. 440, submitting proof of contractor registration (prevailing wage certification) pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq.; P.L. 2004, c. 57 (business registration); and all other Federal and NJ Statutes not specified herein.
