Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,500-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The University of Nebraska intends to procure a qualified construction manager to provide pre-construction services and construction serves as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the College of Dentistry Simulation Lab (Project). All Sub-contractors should include E & I Co-Operative Privcing in their proposals per University policy. The estimated construction cost is $1,040,000.00. PROJECT COST : Construction Costs $1,369,500 Non-Construction Costs $2,990,455 Total Project Costs $4359,955 If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY. Do NOT return Bid Documents as no deposit refund will be issued. All updates for this project were added as they were received by the content team.
