Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jonesboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; and fire / police facility.

The proposed project work consists of the following: 19054.00 Location: safety and security headquaters: 1099 battlecreek road, jonesboro, ga 30236 the scope of work includes but is not limited to modifications of existing building to convert to district's police headquarters. Installation of video surveillance, access control, burglar alarm, fire alarm and addition of uniform storage. Location: Tara Stadium: 1055 Battlecreek Road, Jonesboro, GA 30236 The scope of work includes but is not limited to modification to turf field, press box and front entry. Installation of a new scoreboard and signage. The Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis by base bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after Bid opening, except as otherwise expressly provided by applicable law. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
