Awarded Amount not to Exceed $292000.00 Questions concerning this proposal shall be directed igarcia@trentonnj.org The goods and/or services are on-call if and when needed. The quantities bid are estimates and the City reserves the right to increase quantities, using unit prices, by up to 20% or decrease quantities by 100%. The quantities shown are approximate. The City of Trenton reserves the right to increase the item(s) by a maximum of twenty percent (20%), decrease the item(s) by any amount. The right is also reserved by the governing body to limit the work to the extent of the availability of funds. When payment for Bituminous Concrete Type Stabilized Base Mix #1, Base Course Mix #2, MABC Mix #4, FABC Mix #5, SP Mix #6, and Grade B Cold Patch is specified on a ton basis, each truck load of material taken shall be weighed by a certified weigh master on certified scales approved by the State Department of Weights and Measures. The weigh master shall furnish to the truck driver duplicate weigh master slips showing the gross, tare, and net weight. To each weigh master slip, their signature and official seal shall be affixed. Material charged for which the City of Trenton divisions do not have such slips shall not be paid for. Cold Patch material shall be IE-MC 2 or 3 Mixed, as specified by the standard specifications of the New Jersey State Department of Transportation.
