Renovation of a fire / police facility in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
**As of October 01, 2020, Work shall be completed in one hundred and twenty (60) calendar days from the "Notice to proceed". Purchase and installation of one (1) generac industrial gaseous 175kw natural gas engine driven generator or equivalent for the city of trenton, department of public works. Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000, payable unconditionally to the OWNER. Questions must be submitted in writing to igarcia@trentonnj.org. The OWNER shall award the contract or reject all bids within the time as may be specified, but in no case more than 60 days, except that the bids of any bidders who consent thereto may, at the request of the contracting unit, be held for consideration for a longer period as may be agreed.
