"The work consists of locating and GPS mapping; testing; inspecting; excavating of valve boxes and the replacement of valves with various diameters. The work is located on various streets within the City of Trenton and the Townships of Ewing, Hamilton, Hopewell and Lawrence and includes GPS survey work, traffic control, excavation, valve exercising, valve replacement and site and pavement restoration. Due to covid - 19, bidders can mail-in their money order or certified check via fed-ex or ups to the division of purchasing. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975,c127(N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq).
