Scope of Work: The City of Sunnyvale is seeking proposals from licensed firms with a specialty in fire station and governmental building design to provide professional services to prepare a Fire Station Master Plan. The scope of work generally includes: assessment of six existing City fire station facilities and preparation of a master plan document for the replacement and/or renovation of fire stations and their recommended lifecycle throughout the City. Ancillary work includes: construction cost estimating, schedule monitoring, preparation of reports and recommendations, and project management. As of September 22, 2022, this project is in design. The timeline to contractor opportunities has not been disclosed. A firm timeline to construction has not been announced.
