Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in South Bend, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for the addition of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a 3,200-square-foot municipal facility.
As of August 28th, this project has not been awarded. The project includes the final construction and fit-out of a new wood framed addition,approximately 3,200 gsf. The work includes associated civil, site, mechanical, plumbing, electrical,communications, and technology for new offices for the Purdue Extension, St Joseph County, IN. All work for this Project will be under a single prime contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Contract Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of their contract amount prior to execution of contracts. Bonds shall be maintained in accordance with IC 36-1-12-13.1 and 36-1-12-14. Bonds shall be in full force and effect for a period of at least 12 months after the date of final completion of the Contract. Should the contractor's bonding company give notice of cancellation the contractor will be responsible for securing new bonds prior to termination.
