Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Construction of 38 km of BRT lines, consisting of 35.3 km running in mixed traffic and 305 km in dedicated transit-only lanes (1st Avenue from 19th to 25th Street) and College Drive , six bus-only queue jump locations along with 38 km of fibre optic communication cable, 14 upgraded traffic signal controllers, and transit signal priority at 90 intersections. The overall scope encompasses approx. 100 station locations and the 1st Avenue and College Drive dedicated runningway corridors. The project also includes construction of 88-100 BRT shelters. TIMELINE: Construction of 41 platforms stations were completed in 2024 and 2025. Working is ongoing with the remaining 27 to be completed in 2027. The Design-Build contract for BRT Shelter Project has been awarded to Pattison ID. Detailed design currently is underway; installation work is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2026.
