It is the intent of Canadian Light Source Inc. (CLSI) to select the service that meets the requirements and provides the best overall value to CLSI. The lowest bid will not be necessarily accepted. CLSI may or may not conduct discussions, request further clarifications, either in succession or concurrently, with selected Vendors on the content of their quotation(s) without becoming obligated to clarify or seek further information from any or all Vendors. However, Vendors are cautioned that any request for clarifications will not be an opportunity either to correct errors or to change their quotation(s) in any substantive manner. All inquiries pertaining to this request for quotation MUST come through CLSI Purchasing Point of Contact and preferably in writing via email. Purchasing Point of Contact: Shelby Blocha Email: Shelby.Blocha@lightsource.ca Questions must be received by December 21, 2022 at 12:00 PM CST. CLSI reserves the right to decide if alternative(s) offered are equivalent to the product(s) or service(s) specified herein. Any subsequent purchase resulting from this RFQ process shall be governed by the Canadian Light Source Inc. Standard Form of Agreement (see Appendix C). The lowest Bid will not be necessarily accepted.
