REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS BY PAINT AND MATERIAL SUPPLIERS CITY OF MUSKEGON HEIGHTS 2019 EXTERIOR PAINT & SIDING PROGRAM The City of Muskegon Heights Department of Planning & Community Development is accepting proposals from paint suppliers for its 2020 Exterior Paint Program. Bid packets may be distributed starting May 4 through May 11, 2020 by contacting the Department of Planning & Community Development, at 231-733-8830 Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. through 6:30 p.m. Proposals must be returned by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 22, 2020. The City reserves the right to reject any and all requests for proposals and accept only those found to be in the best interest of the City. This program is funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Block Grant Program. Department of Planning and Community Development
