**As of August 15, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** SCOPE OF PROJECT The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following approximate quantities Replacement of approximately 550 water services from the water main to inside the home or building Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. A bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check payable to City of Muskegon Heights in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid All work shall be substantially completed on July 17, 2026. Final restoration and project completion shall occur on or before July 31, 2026. See agreement for specific milestone requirements.
