Renovation of a municipal facility in Ely, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Purchasing Division of St. Louis County, Minnesota (herein called the "County" or "Owner"), invites quotes in electronic form or hard copy. Additional documentation, (example: Bid Bond, Non-Collusion Affidavit, etc.) must also be scanned and sent electronically or hard copy for: Government Service Center Ely HVAC Improvements. Work is to be scheduled by the successful Responder with St. Louis County and all work is to be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days from date indicated on Order to Proceed. County may reject any quote not prepared and submitted in accordance with these specifications but may waive any immaterial informality or reject any and all quotes if in the public interest as determined in the sole discretion of the County. Any quote may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of quotes or authorized postponement. Any quote received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. Responder may not withdraw a quote within 60 days after the actual opening.
