Work to be performed under these Special Provisions includes furnishing and installing all necessary equipment and material as indicated on the Plan sheets and these Special Provisions. The work to be performed under this contract shall be in accordance with the Special Provisions contained herein. In these Special Provisions, reference is made to the City Standard Specifications of the City of Sacramento, adopted June 2007, referred to herein as "Standard Specifications". The contract shall be governed by Section 1 through 8 of the City Standard Specifications. The General Requirements of this contract shall be governed by these Special Provisions first, followed by Section 1 through Section 8 of the Standard Specifications. Other standards or specifications specified in these Special Provisions govern only the applicable technical specifications unless otherwise specified in these Special Provisions. This project is fully or partially funded through a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). As such, Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) project participation requirements will apply.
