Site work for a water / sewer project in Santa Maria, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
General Work Description: The Laguna County Sanitation District (District) wishes to replace a 204 foot section of existing 8'' PVC sewer pipe P0537 with new 8'' PVC on straight grade and reconnect 4 (four) 4'' diameter laterals. Prevailing wages are required on this Contract. The Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations determines the general prevailing wage rates. Obtain the wage rates at the DIR Website. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. In order to bid and/or perform public work, a contractor or subcontactor shall be currently registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and be qualified to perform pubic works pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Labor Code.
