Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cabot, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project consists generally of the repainting and repairs to the 200,000 gallon Pride Gap standpipe and the 100,000 gallon Second Street elevated water storage tank, together with ancillary and incidental work. All bidders must be licensed in accordance with the requirements of the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board in accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended. All bidders must be qualified in all respects to do business in Arkansas. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and to reject any and all bids.
