Construction of: Richie Road Splash Pad Installation Completion- 60 consecutive calendar days o Install concrete pad, water features, water treatment system, and site furnishings. o Water features on-site. o Install concrete splash pad (as shown below). Approximately SF 2,930 +/-, (4" thick) concrete (non-colored, medium broom finish) with thickened edge (12") around perimeter. o Surveyor to layout splash pad with offsets (corners and radius points), and benchmarks to set grade from within 10' of splash pad. o Installation of gravel - #57 (6" deep), fine grading of gravel (2" deep). o Compaction Test must be performed. o Provide forming material for pad and installation of #4 Rebar 12" OC/EW throughout concrete o Installation of saw cuts (10'x10') and (2) two expansion joints with hydrophobic waterstop in coordination of the water features and drain collectors for wet deck. o (1) One continuous expansion joint around perimeter of wet deck to dry deck. Expansion joints constructed with #4 dowel pins 12" OC / 2 FT long, thicken edge (8"). o Excavation of area for 2,400-gallan tank. Installation of necessary gravel for tank. o Installation of 2,400 gallon concrete tank with auto water fill. 3 x 3 hatch o Installation Vortex water features (as shown and called out below) and mechanical equipment associated with water features - o Installation of (1) feature pump, (1) filter pump with 36" sand filter, (1) pool controller for pH and ORP/Chorine monitoring and adjustment, (2) peristaltic pump for acid and chlorine additions, necessary flow meters, piping and valves - o PVC (Sch. 40) piping, fittings, and valves for water features (as needed) to and from mechanical building and tank - o Arkansas Department of Health Swimming Pool Review plan review and fee. Coordinate with local Environmental Specialist for inspections in accordance with Arkansas Swimming Pool Regulations. o Provide electrical terminations of power from panel box to pump and controllers forsplash pad equipment. o Provide bonding to splash pad reinforcing, pumps, controllers, and associated equipment for the splash pad. o Provide and install chemicals to start up system and balance (one time), start-up and training of staff (one time).
