Site work and paving for a civil project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Willow Creek Culvert at State Road 3 The Project consists of constructing approximately 190 lineal feet of 60 culvert installed by the jack and bore method under State Road 3 at the Willow Creek Branch No. 7, associated earthwork, erosion control, and surface restoration. There will be a mandatory alternate to add approximately 55 lineal feet of 60 culvert by the open cut method immediately upstream of State Road 3. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Additionally, this project is subject to IC 4-13.6-4 and IC 8-23-10 which require that contractors and subcontractors be prequalified under for any public works project when the total amount of the contract awarded is greater than or equal to $300,000. A copy of the valid certificate of qualification must be submitted within five days of the bid date if applicable. Material suppliers as defined by IC 4-13.6-1-20 are not required to be qualified.
