Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Improve the concrete alleys between Kinsmoor, Nuttman, Indiana, and Beaver by removing the deteriorated concrete alleys and replacing with new inverted concrete alleys. Also with this project will be new concrete alley approaches, some sidewalk, and the updating of the old sanitary and storm castings.
