This project is classified under NAICS Code 236118 and has a size standard of $39.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Scope of Work: Furnish all necessary professional Construction services to provide complete scope of work to Renovate Bound Brook Residence in accordance to the project drawings and specifications and in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. Work includes general construction, existing structural, alterations, asbestos abatement, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, necessary removal of existing finishes and construction and certain other items. Contractor shall renovate the existing Bound Brook Residence, which serves as transitional housing for veterans. Work will include floor repairs, renovation of kitchens and bathrooms, repair of porches and installation of a replacement handicap lift. Paving and fence repair or replacement will also be required. The work shall be performed in a professional manner adhering to strict patient safety and infection control measures. All work will be done using approved materials and a professional work force. All work is to be completed on a timely basis as outlined on the contractors approved schedule. Project Completion: 240 Calendar Days from Notice-to-Proceed (NTP).
