Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Richardson, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes removal and replacement of a duplex lift station and force main located in Crowley Park. The new lift station will be constructed adjacent to the existing and include an 8-ft diameter wet well with two submersible pumps, approximately 400 linear feet horizontal directional drill (HDD) HDPE force main, approximately 1,800 linear feet HDPE force main by open cut, pavement replacement, new concrete driveway, pedestrian rail with stone columns, stone screening wall, rolling steel gate, and a concrete driveway.
