Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Pittston Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
Bids will be received for the following separate prime Contracts: 1.1 General Construction 1.2 Mechanical Construction 1.3 Plumbing Construction 1.4 Electrical Construction The Project consists of constructing Construction of a new storage shed building including demolition, site work, plumbing, mechanical and electrical construction. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Pennsylvania State Wage Rates. Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex.
