Demolition and site work for a residential development in Pittston Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The Project consists of 1) the demolition of one double block residential structure located at 699/701 North Main Street, 2) demolition of residential structure at 17 Charles St., and 3) demolition of commercial structure at 97/99 S. Main St. in Pittston, PA including removal of 2 large trees in front of 699/701 North Main Street, disconnection and termination of existing utilities, erosion and sediment controls, maintenance and protection of traffic, removal of foundations, backfill of basement, grading and stabilization of the site with stone, removal of site retaining walls, site stairs and railing, removal and disposal of waste including asbestos and lead materials, and related work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract.
