Reference number : 1482132 Expected duration of the contract (in months): 4 Universite du Quebec a Montreal hereinafter referred to as the Owner, having its registered office at 1430 rue Saint-Denis, H2X 3J8, Montreal, Quebec, calls for tenders for the renovation work of the AD pavilion, located at 1280 and 1284 rue Saint -Denis, in order to make this space accessible to the UQAM community. The project consists of the renovation and fitting out of the pavilion to hold various institutional activities. The completion of minimum work to ensure that the building is safe and functional is planned. Levels R and and S1 will be renovated, no use or use will be planned on the second floor. The addition of universal accessibility including a lifting platform is also planned. The work includes, among other things: the installation of interior ramps, leveling of concrete surfaces, metalwork and cabinet work, replacement of doors and hardware, repair of finishes and painting work. In structural engineering, the work consists of adding the structure and reinforcements required for the lifting platform and adding concrete ramps, interior and exterior, to allow universal accessibility to the building. The work also includes the repair of certain structural anomalies. The electromechanical scope consists of minor renovation to allow occupancy. Inspections and tests are required to confirm design assumptions.
