Site work for a mixed-use development in Ormond Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work consists of: Base Bid, removing City owned overhead medium-voltage lines from FPL utility pole to Nova Park Community Center. Extend service from City owned underground hand-hole to new exterior transformer and panelboard for distribution to Community Center, Maintenance Building, and Irrigation Building. Add Alternate #1, reworking overhead medium voltage service line to Nova Park from Florida Power & Light (FPL) and extension to existing City owned transformer. The deadline for submitting questions is Tuesday July 23, 2019 at 4:00pm.
