Site work and paving for a civil project in Ormond Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of: Resurfacing approximately 4.12 miles of streets in various locations of the City, including: milling, adjusting manholes and valves to grade, thermoplastic striping, and concrete curb & gutter replacement. Question Deadline 02/23/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Coordinator via email to Rob.Hart@ormondbeach.org. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Liquidated Damages: $400.00 for each calendar day the project is not substantially complete. City Risk Management and Insurance Requirements: Please be sure your company carries insurance that is in accordance with the bid documents as your bid will be rejected as nonresponsive if you do not meet the minimum requirements.
