**As of March 18, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work consists of: the removal of storm drainage piping, Inlets, sidewalks, curb and gutter and pavement and the replacement of storm drain piping, new inlets, manholes, headwalls, pavement and restoration. Also included is a full temporary traffic control plan in accordance with City and FDOT standard detains specifications and indexes. The deadline for submitting questions is January 12, 2024 at 5:00pm. OWNER and CONTRACTOR recognize that time is of the essence of this Agreement and that OWNER will suffer financial loss if the Work is not substantially complete within the time specified in paragraph 3.1 above, plus any extensions thereof allowed in accordance with Article 12 of the General Conditions. The Project has been designed by McKim & Creed, Inc., 139 Executive Circle, Suite 201, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, who is hereinafter called ENGINEER and who will assume all duties and responsibilities and will have the rights and authority assigned to ENGINEER in the Contract Documents in connection with completion of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work will be substantially completed within 180 calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in paragraph 2.3 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.10 of the General Conditions within 210 calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security.
